Access is limited to users authorized by a customer company or by Leopardo for platform administration.

Each user must protect credentials, respect granted permissions and report suspicious activity.

The platform must be used for legitimate HR processes: attendance, payroll, leave, documents, notifications, reporting, support and related operations.

Bypassing security, extracting data without authorization or monitoring people outside a legal framework is prohibited.

The customer configures roles, workflows, HR rules, content and local compliance obligations.

Integrations, exports and imports must be verified before production use, especially when they feed payroll or official documents.

Leopardo may evolve modules, APIs and interfaces to improve security, performance and product value.

Critical maintenance, migration or incident operations are handled through the current operations and support procedures.
